Everybody knows Sony LCD displays are really cool when it comes to TVs, monitors and notebook displays. This VAIO Z 13.1-inch notebook is a high-resolution 1600×900 LED-backlit panel. It makes it feel as you are working on a larger monitor.
The latest VAIO Z is one of the best we’ve used on an ultraportable with plenty of space between the keys and a nice bouncy feel. This VAIO Z is very comfortable to type on and fairly solid. The keyboard layout is very easy to follow with proper full-size keys everywhere.
The VAIO Z offers a fairly wide multitouch enable touchpad. It allows for smooth and quick cursor navigation. The touchpad surface is very responsive, with a fast refresh rate and very good sensitivity.
The twin small speakers in each side above the keyboard produce pretty clean audio. For gaming or listening loud music they should suffice, but we recommend to use headphones would be the best alternative on this notebook.
